If you are newly wed u will probably sit through two around of 'satya narayan pooja'. Satya narayan pooja has many socially important points to make. First the main character is businessman. Second the pooja is always done without pandit. Third is says no karamkand and absolutely no day. It is the cheapest pooja to do. Not only that the main character has only daughter and he is happy with that. The role of family is limited to consultancy only. I think this pooja has most important and profound social message.
